This is a documentary film.
I enjoyed this film very much.
When astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong landed on the moon,
it was 20:17 July 20, 1969.(UTC)
This was 5:17 am July 21 in Japan.
I was 6 years old.
Before going to bed,
I asked to my father,
“Please wake me up when the astronauts landed on the moon!”
I remember that
my father was trying to wake me up.
But I couldn’t wake up.
Too early to wake up to me!
I missed the historical moment!!
I also remember that
my father bought small Apollo Lunar Module toy
to my brother, my cousin, and me.
Next year, 1970,
there was a Japan World Exposition in Osaka.
I was 7 years old.
My father took my family to this World Exposition.
In the United States pavilion,
There was a real moon stone which was brought by Apollo 12.
My father tried to show us the moon stone.
But we gave up to watch it.
Too many people were queuing!!
Maybe we had to wait whole one day.
Apollo program(1961-1972) is a big memory for me.
